The following is an outline of the fees charged by me from 1 June 2016 onwards until further notice. This schedule is to be read in conjunction with my standard retainer agreement.
Depending on the nature of a matter I am prepared to enter into arrangements different from those set out below,
including fixed fees, fee on brief and refreshers. Please contact me to discuss particular requirements.
Amounts are exclusive of GST (unless otherwise stated).
All Work (excluding appearances and hearings one day or longer):
$450 per hour or part thereof*
Appearances and Hearings one day or longer:
$4,500 per day (including preparation on the day of the hearing)
All Work (excluding appearances and hearings one day or longer):
$480 per hour or part thereof*
Appearances and Hearings one day or longer:
$4,800 per day (including preparation on the day of the hearing)
On the papers only: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 (based on $480 per hour)
Short Hearings of less than three hours duration: $3,000.00 preparation plus $480 per hour
Hearings of one day or longer: $480 per hour preparation plus $4,800.00 per day of hearing
$440 per hour for all work, including intake sessions, preparation and mediation,
capped at $4,400 for a full day mediation (all inclusive of GST)
*in increments of 20 minutes, no charge is made for work not exceeding 10 minutes at a time, eg. short telephone conversations, perusals
Liability is limited by a Scheme approved under the Professional Standards Legislation
